| Abstract | ||
| This study aims to identify the internal and external factors affecting the quality of the product in Hilla textile factory, and also aims to analyze the impact of these factors in the quality of the product. The study sample consisted of (100) employees were selected randomly from the total workers in the factory's (3650) employees, also were selected (50) is equipped with the customer at random as well, and used the researchers two questionnaires drafted for the purpose of collecting data on the variables of the study of factors internal and external and its impact on the quality of the product, and some researchers also used the descriptive and analytical methods for the purpose of answering the study questions and test hypotheses and the study found positive results promised. | ||
