| Abstract | ||
| The research aims to (gauge fields of application of TQM) in higher education from the point of Heads of Departments at the University of Babylon) as well as knowledge of the differences women with evidence of statistical areas of application of total quality management according to (Degree) and (experience in university teaching), and the researcher designed the search tool consisting of (48 paragraph) are distributed on seven key areas and distributed to the sample's (73), head of science, and the researcher scale (11) eleven rank and used a range of appropriate statistical techniques in data analysis including (spss) The results showed that the five areas of quality management was the application level where the weak are (university professor, curriculum and courses, human resources management and training, scientific research and community service) and the areas of quality management was the application level which is well and two (administrative leadership and college student), as explained by these results the following : There were no women with evidence of statistical research areas except for one area only (community service) that has emerged in which women with evidence of statistical differences according to (Degree), and thus rejects the null hypothesis first. lack of statistical differences in women with signs for all areas of research by (practical experience in university teaching), and thus accept the null hypothesis II. The research found on the recommendations appropriate and consistent with the task of the importance of research and useful to decision makers at the level of the ministry and the university. | ||
