| Abstract | ||
| Boxing is a conflict between two fighters; each one tries to score correct hits in a fast and high ways of performance. The importance of this study is to provide the trainers and boxers with scientific data as it aims to build a test wall pad for motor speed endurance of straight hits in boxing for senior players, according to groups of weights. The research society includes (17) clubs of the central region participating in the club championship of Middle Euphrates for the senior boxers held in the city of Samawa, distributed as the light, medium and heavy weights the total number of which is (106) boxers, representing 100% of the research community. The results of the study show that this test has been built in a scientific way and in accordance with performance similar to the bout so that the coach can choose the player who is capable of better performance and less fatigue. The test also gives indicators through which the coach can infer the assessment of his boxers during a performance. Therefore, it becomes necessary that such tests be made to facilitate the work of trainers. We must emphasize that a good test must be consistent with all the principles of athletic training. The most important principles of training in boxing can not overlook in the evaluation process the principle of individual differences among the boxers of the same weight in particular. This can be overcome through the presence of tests based on scientific grounds so that the coach can test his boxers to select the best to participate in contests. A successful test is one of the good means for the process of assessing training programs and to be acquainted with what the player can present. | ||
