Abstract
The study aimed at the development and application exercises proposed to relax and regulate breathing and to identify the impact of exercise and respiratory Relaxation proposed in some of the variables the functional and some physical attributes and performance skills of the players young karate in the effectiveness of Kata The researchers hypothesized that the exercise of the proposed impact positively in the development of some variables, functional and some physical attributes and performance skills of the players Youth karate in the effectiveness of Kata The sample of the research consisted of national team players young karate participants in the training camp in the governorate of Najaf have been numbered (12) players, were divided into two groups randomly by (6) players to the control group and (6) players for the group pilot, was a two homogeneity and parity in the variables that are likely to affect the results of control and experimental groups, and the variables of the study is the number of times breathing and time mute the self and a trip the rib cage and speed motor and the ability explosive of the two men, agility and skill performance and concluded the researchers that exercise the proposed assisted in the improvement variables functional under study except the number of breaths for the experimental group and the exercise of the proposed assisted in the improvement of the physical attributes under study for the experimental group and the development of performance skills for the experimental group through the application of exercises proposed outperformed the experimental group to control group in all studied variables in the post test and the researchers recommended that the trainers Karate benefit from relaxation exercises and breathing organization being assisted in the improved physical characteristics and functional variables under study, as well as the development of performance skills and further research and studies to identify the impact of the proposed exercise of the attributes of physical and other variables and functional.
