Abstract
ln this work,CdO thin fllm was prepared by DC sputtering
technique and their Optical propertics ヽvere intrOduced to
deterrlline the effect of incident 、vavelcngth especiany on thc
optical(carrier concentration,skin deptll and conductivity)Of the
prepared sample dcpending on thc_transrllission, absorption and
extinction coefflcient,also to deterrnine the type of oandgap and
thc dorllinant absorption pr6cesses,absorption edge shift.
