Abstract

Development is now no longer just an increase in the average per capita income, as we see many countries of the world is one of the high-income countries, but there is a level of health, cultural and environmental low and is ranked low in the human development index compared to countries of lower income and population have access to a share deal of care health, cultural and political participation as well as better and more freedom of expression as well as social justice and security. Development is today no longer figures and economic indicators, but social changes and the consolidation of the concepts and the correct values and the participation of individuals in decision-making in addition to an environment free of pollution factors as well as the dissemination of education and the adoption of knowledge in order to keep up with scientific and technological progress.
