Creativity is the goal of activities unique to most organizations that work on the dissemination of knowledge, these organizations work to adopt distinct methods to move and stimulate the creative abilities of its human resources.
The world in which we live today is a world of intense competition in all areas, a world where the strong over the weak, which entered into all fields of knowledge, they are used for the purposes of education and communication, trade and exchange of information, and skills development.
Because the value of modern organizations also confirms most of the researchers lies in the non-material assets of any human resources, which requires attention to managing storehouse of knowledge in the minds of these resources and access to innovation and creativity sought by organizations of knowledge.
So we note that advanced societies has not made progress only because of its reliance on thinkers, creators and owners of minds producing, and became the power of states depends on the ownership of the corner of science and knowledge, trench some communities made significant progress as it benefited from the energies and capabilities of its human creativity, and this is why professionals and researchers to measure progress of societies the number of scholars and thinkers and the degree of accumulation of knowledge and creative output has. The research was to shed light on the interest of those concerned in the University of Karbala, knowledge management and its impact in the development and the ability to stimulate innovation at the University of Karbala.
To achieve the objectives of the research included five sections, addressing the first research methodology research (its importance, its objectives, his problem, hypotheses, and appointed), while confronted the second section to review the most prominent previous studies that enable the researcher to check them on the subject, while the third section contains review of theoretical concepts for the management of knowledge and kinds, and the process of knowledge management, and the concept and principles of creativity, and personal qualities of the creator, as well as measurement of creativity, with the clarification of the role of knowledge management in stimulating creativity, and the fourth section, it included discussion and analysis of the search results field after subjecting the data to the processors statistical, while ensuring the fifth section the main conclusions and recommendations. |
