| Summa In all the world's economies are areas degrees to the private sector, starting from different industries to agriculture, trade and ending with the services industry and this is not new but have been the focus in my research this is the reality of this sector in Iraq, where volatility and deterioration, stagnation and lack of clarity of vision and the stability of the case and all that is due the foundation instability the political and the lack of a healthy environment and investment where he suffered the Iraqi private sector and suffers many of the ballasts progress and development and stability, especially the comprehensive planning and the subordination of all aspects of the economy for the public sector plus the reality of this sector from all aspects, starting from the size of projects and the number of labor in which the statute of limitations and the means of production and use of Initial bad cheap to invoked this sector of the fields yielding profit and fast not to stand and escape-hour confrontation of any face of this the one side and the other side poor sources of funding and the inability to compete with foreign products, especially after the year 2003 to the inadequacy of financial and economic policies made known by the state not to mention suffering from the vagaries of the international economic situation during the crisis and the lack of communication and loss of confidence with the international institutions related to all these factors has put the Iraqi private sector to the reality closer to the deficit in spite of having a lot of factors and variables that would promote this fact, which is also the focus of the where asylum to the most important ways to promote, whether in Mi_khas state, at least in the foreseeable future or Mi_khas with the reality of the private sector of factors subjective and objective and the most important as I think the involvement based on the private sector businessmen, investors, farmers, professionals and experts in the preparation of plans Alaqsadah development in the area of policy-making Financial and stand at least with respect to their suffering and their problems and work to overcome this in the foreseeable future because he can not leave the private sector and would in the midst of the rubble of massive devastation caused by the occupation and the policies of the former regime as well as looking at the reality closer look at all indicators and the reality of the Iraqi economy in terms of resources, use and funding and production and the level of public demand and its components and sources of inflation and level a lot of influences.
