| Abstract | ||
| Discipline system for college and institute students in Iraq is important to protect solemnity of educational organizations, and keep the educational level. Discipline orders and instructions plays significant role in the society, because having a sanction system in education institutes will help to develop an educated aware generation, which will help in building the country in all fields, because students are the most important group of civil society. Student is ( who study in one of the higher education institutes ( university, institute ) aiming to get a degree or certificate whether if he is in the central education system (day studies), or evening studies, or distinguished channel, or private colleges. The penalty a student could get is either discipline punishment, or penal punishment. We're concerned in our research about the discipline punishments, because they aim to protect and organize the daily work of the educational institute and preserve its prestige among universities of countries. | ||
