| Abstract | ||
| The study aims to identify the rule of work values for struggle against the Managerial Corruption .In form the question what are the correlation relationship between the work values and Managerial Corruption ? In addition to determine the level of importance of these variables at the organization .On the other hand the results finding effect and rules of work values morally for struggle against the Managerial Corruption . The findings led to a number of recommendations which get on with the aims of the present study some of the recommendations were :- 1-The focusing of the educational institutions as well as the productive ,industrial ,and services sectors on teaching and enhancing work values in order to build up favorable conduct in the employees . 2-Promoting the social and administrative relations between the employees and the organization and the people to prevent the Managerial Corruption , matter which affects general performance. In order to achieve the aim of research, It distributed to four chapters, the first one for research methodology. The second contains theoretical review to the research variables, the third contains the disputation and the analysis for the study results, while the fourth refers to the results and recommendations . | ||
