| Abstract | ||
| This research is concerned with measuring the relationship and effect of globalization dimensions (economical, political, cultural, and technological) on innovation abilities development that is crystallized in the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research environment. The effects of these dimensions, if available in Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research environment, will contribute properly in advanced innovation abilities development. A questionnaire has been used that is distributed on (35) managers who work at the Ministry that is under investigation. Statistical methods have been used for testing the hypotheses on which the research depends such as mean, standard deviation, as well as using chi-square to recognize the relationship among variables, then multiple linear regression analysis to recognize the effect with meaning level (0.05). Finally, the research sums up a number of conclusions and recommendations. | ||
