| Abstract | ||
| This study aimed to know the impact of intellectual capital on reasons success of business enterprises. It has a field application to some Jordanian telecom. Companies that are known for success in all aspects- products, fame, trademarks, and intellectual assets, let alone its high value capital. A number of companies were chosen as a sample for the study. Fifty-four directors & head department & their assistant of companies & branches who enjoy high intellectual skillful abilities that make them indispensable to those companies. In fact, represent the company's intellectual assets. A number of hypotheses were made. They was tested by means of some statistical methods including spearman correlation, multiregression and t-test to make sure of the existence of relation and effect and its statistical significant after adopting two measures: the first is for intellectual capital and consists of (23) items while the second for strategic success reasons. Consists of (32) items. | ||
