Abstract
In this research, the influence of (Al) doping on optical properties of
spray-pyrolysis deposited SnOz films has been investigated' The new
preparation conditions have been used for the first time in Iraq' The
(SnO::Al) tllms were deposited at a glass substrate temperature of (673 K)'
The result of (XRD) shows that the films were polycrystalline' The
increase of (Al) doping reduce the energy gap rvhich was obtained for
direct allorved and forbidden transition and indirect allorved transition' it
wasfoundtlratthe(Al)dopingaffectedalltheopticalparametersunder
investigation.
