| Abstract | ||
| Measurernent of the optical properties of pure and prrosphours doped amorphous germanium thin fihns deposited at room tenrperature (RT) onto glass substrates using flasrr evaporation method have been made as a function of annealing tenrperature from RT to 523K.The results shori,ed that the optical energy gap ,B constant ,refractive index, extinction coefficient , real and imaginary parts of the dielectric constants of the fihns decreased when doping with 2.5o/ophosphours.Also it is found trrat the increase of annealing ternperature fronr RT to 523K caused an … 1 increase ill tile Optical cnergy gap and B fOr pure and phosphours doped amorphous germanium films and slightly decrease in the refractivs index, extinction coefficient , the real and imaginary parts of the dielectric constant at wavelength itOOr,nio, [rr! films, whereas it decreased after annealing at 473K then increased on further increase in the annealing tenrperature to 523K for phosphours doped amorphous germanium thin films. | ||
