| Abstract | ||
| The Islamic law had organized the Muslim's life, showed his acts, and his commits specifically in many life issues. It took a good care specially to the financial issue, as it's significances and many troubles. The Islam encouraged to donate and endowment, which transfers the nick ownership and its advantages eternally, and when this is not possible, Islam encouraged to lawn and lend as to help the needy that can't have this, and to get use of the advantage, and keeping the nick owned by the original owner. | ||
