| Abstract | ||
| This study continues five chapters , first one deals with definition and importance. The researcher tries to treat problem of high jump for volleyball players in Diyala university – college of sport education . Aims of study is to develop muscular strength of low limbs , also know defferences of effect of practices of muscular constriction concentric and eccentric for hip muscle then using program of muscle training (Isometric & Isotony ) . Hypothesis of study is the program of muscular training , concentric which has effect more than eccentric for heigh jump in volleyball . The sample contains (14) women students from university of Diayala from 15.12 . 2005 to 1.4.2006 .The second chapter contains theatrical & similar studies .The third chapter contains programs of study . The fourth chapter contains display and discuss of results . The fifth chapter contains cinsulsions. The researcher commended to give attention for growth of muscular strength in all stages of training | ||
