Abstract
Thin films of zinc selenide ZnSe were prepared by thermal
evaporation in vacuum with different thickness (200G3000-5OOO)A
deposited on glass substraties. Electrical properties of the prepared
films were studied at temperature (373)K then cooling to (293)K and
annealing to (423)K .the graph shows linear relation between current
and voltage.The result have shown decreases in the values of current
and electrical conductivity when cooling the sample and after
annealing and increase in current and electrical conductivity when
heated.
