| mis research has been included design, conStruction and lnanufacture thellllal ttrnaces of elect五cal resistance heaters for two specimens(Al,A2)of(110*110*40 mm)dimensions,and the thell・lal resister of the wires that used for rnelting mate五als of thellllal degrees (550,700° C)Was(3.2Ω ,2.7mm),(1.7Ω ,3.2mm)for the two specimens(Al)and( A2 )respeCtiVely, which used in system melting(Z―M)fOr mate五als pu五ication process.We observed duHng the work that the properties efflciency of pu五flcation fumaces of Al and A2 at melting point(550C° ,700° C) the length of the melting( 4.2mm,7mm)and Shttp thellllal gradatton of(5.7° C/mm),7.2°C/ m),reSpectively.We found from the diagraln of thellllal distribution Of the Al the length ofthe zone melting at temperature(555° C)equal to(4.3mm),and the length of the zone melting at a temperature(548 ° C)Cqual tO(7mm),and thellllal gradation(5.7° C/mm),and fOr the Al specimen the zone melting attemperaturc(680° C)equal to(7mm), and the length ofthe(Z― M)at a temperature(651° C)equal to(12mm), and thellllal gradation was(7.2° C/mm). | ||
