| Abstract | ||
| The first chapter contained the introduction and the research problem and dealt with the importance of running (400 m.) and specified the research problem that there wasted time between stages of (400m .) running , and that some trainers didn't follow lasting analytic methods . In the second chapter I talked about technical stages for (400 m.) running and the fundamental elements for training (400 m. ) running . While in the third chapter , the researcher used descriptive approach and the sample of the research were some Iraqi and international heroes of (400 m.) running race. In the fourth chapter I discussed results that appeared through statistic tables , and finally in the fifth chapter I got out the important conclusions and recommendations throughout the research . | ||
