| The research problem focused in two questions, first: are the IHF successful through its continuous amendments to the rules of the game to reduce Fouls and Unsportsmanlike in the last three Handball World Championship 2005, 2007, 2009? Second: was the decision of the IHF to cancel the penalty of exclusion in 2010 amendment is right? The research sample is twenty-four teams participate in the three tournaments. As show through tables and statistics that the rate of fair play in the continuous improvement from tournament to another, as illustrated in the three tournaments in a row that in one game the rates of warning are (6 – 5.59 - 6.19) and rates of suspension (2 minutes) are (11.65 - 8.2 - 8) and rates of disqalification are (0.59 – 0. 38 - 0.26) and the rates of exclusion are (0.01- 0.0 - 0.0), also indicated that the penalty of exclusion occurred only once during the three tournaments. As occurred in the championship in 2005 and has not been any case of exclusion in both the 2007 and 2009, all these results demonstrate verify of the research aims | ||
