Abstract
The results showed the dogs infected with parasite Echinococcus granulosus when it was inoculated with protoscolices , the period 38 days enough sexual maturation of worm .
The eggs isolated from gravid segment , the parasite caused pathogenic effect such as damage of epithelial layer which covered the villi surface.
Echinococcus granulosus capability for infected mice when inoculated it in 150 egg / mice in two period (3,6) months .
