| Abstract | ||
| The aim of this research is to estimate the values of global solar radiation from sunshine duration measurements for Baghdad city. Angstrom Prescott formula was used as a standard relationship between global solar radiation and sunshine duration. Measurements of these two variables for five years (1984-1988) are used to establish the relationship between these variables for winter, sprig, summer and fall, and for annual results showed the correlation coefficients (r) were (0.35, 0.50, 0.36, 0.51, 0.50) respectively. The correlation coefficients may be enhanced by introducing other Meteorological parameters | ||
