| This paper is concemed with estimation of Reliability Function of the two parameter Rayleigh distribution.Suggested lnethods for estimating the two parameter of Rayleigh distl■ bution and its Reliability Function and then a program will be presented here,also an empi五cal study depends on silnulated observations with different parameter's values and sampleis sizes from Rayleigh distl■ bution was conducted,to compare between different rnodifled methods depends on their lnean square error and to show practically that the suggested rnethods work wcn in estimation of Reliability Function.Itis shown thatthe Second Ⅳlodifled Maximum Likelihood Method is the best rnethod in the case of all sample's sizes and paralneters values used. | ||
