| Abstract | ||
| In this study, acute short toxicity test of copper (II) complex with Doxcycline was examined in 40 of the experimental mice by oral administer of the progressive doses during 72 hours . Histopathological changes in the target organs were clearly evident , dose dependend and varying in severity from precipitate of the complex in the liver , kidney, lung , heart and spleen to the acute inflammation and necrosis in the liver ,lung , small and large intestine , while no Histopathological changes has seen in the brain . | ||
