| Abstract In this research, the efficiency of ZnO by photocatalytic degradation of bromophenolblue dye was studied. Effects of some parameters such as, catalyst concentration ,dye concentration , irradiation time ,and pH on the degradation rate of dye solution were also examined. In addition, the feature of bromophenolblue dye was studied by using UV-Vis spectroscopy techniques. Adsorption is a prerequisite for the metal oxide-mediated photodegradation/photodecolorization and the extent of decolorization has been discussed in terms of the Langmuir-Hinshelwood model. | ||
