| Abstract | ||
| Study some of biochemical and histological alteration in fish as biomarker for aquatic pollution by industrial and human discharge . fish were coughed from different stations represent of Al-Hartha station (1) , Al-Najepea station (2) and Abo- Alkasseb station (3) as well as control station located north of Shatt Al- Arab river (4) is low contamination . Fish of stations ( 1, 2 and 3 ) located near directly effect for industrial and human pollution and appeared of alteration of chloride cells respiratory diffusion distance in gills , also, recorded the decrease of glycogen, protein and lipid of liver compare with control . as well as showed histological changes in gill and liver represent by hyperplasia , bleeding , necrosis , inflammation , fibrosis and degeneration compare with ( 4 ) station . | ||
