Abstract
This research give a good summary about the surnames of old Arabic dialects in the Arabian Peninsula. It includes studying the logic relationship between the term of each dialect and the linguistic meaning of this term, also it includes the influence of these dialects on the present Arabic dialects.
This research proved also the relationship between these dialects and Semitic languages.
