| University libraries take very effective part in many educational activities and programs throughout what they offer to learners ( whet her they were students ar staff members or researchers) . They are also important because of the relationship between them and the educational programs and study curricula due to the fact that what university libraries offer would increase the learners' abilities to use the library and to do the scientific research in a correct manner the university library offer different activities which will , in turn, take part in developing the learners' leves these activites involve heldiny symposiums seminars and training sessions . These activities and their crucial role in developing and directing learners to study and research . | ||
