Abstract
Forty-two recent sediments samples were collected from the west bank of Shatt Al – Arab and Khor Abdullah and Khor Zubair as follow, 18 samples from Shatt Al- Arab bank, 11 samples from Khor Abdullah, and 13 samples from Khor Al – Zubair. Detail investigation for foraminferal microfossils were carried out. On the bases of the identified species the paleoecological condition were discussed in details.
