| Abstract | ||
| This study to cussed on the isolation of bacteria Brucella from the local chees in Basrh city . Atotal of (168) samples of cheese from different place in Basrh were collected .Results show that four isolates represents in ratio (2.4%) of Brucella melitensis .Anti-bacterial activity of ten antibiotics was tested against the selected bacterial isolates .The results revealed that all bacterial isolates were absolutely sensitivity to words the Gentamycin , Tetracycline , Streptomycin , Tobramycin and Erthromycin .while the isolates (1,4) exhibited multiple resistance to words Ampicillin , Lincomycin , Chloramphenicol , Cephalexin and Nalidix Acid , nevertheres the isolates (2,3) showed a multiple resistance to words Ampicillin , Lincomycin, Chloramphenicol , Cephalexin and Nalidix Acid | ||
