| Abstract | ||
| The fourth aspect discusses the British role and clearly explains the major role of the British in evolving the conflict in Palestine and Kashmir, for both cases had appeared during and after the British occupation. The research tackles the role of the united nations and the great powers within it. It studies the factors behind failure of any solution of the two cases. It seems that the essential factor for this failure revolves around the structural nature of such organization, especially, its Security Council, and the completion among the super powers to guarantee their interest and serving the allies. The sixth aspect in this research is the mutual relationship between the conflicting parties, its role in determining the attitudes of conflicting parties to each other. The seventh aspect studies the competition of aims between the sides of the conflict, and focuses on the comparison between their atomic abilities and the advantages from providing the conflicting sides with weapons. In the final aspect, the research assures the main difference in the cases of Palestine and Kashmir and presents the general results of the this study | ||
