| Abstract | ||
| The rearch studies the rural integrated development obstacles is the marshes region in Basrah in an attempt to enhance population communities in the regin and improve needed services. The analybcal descriptive approach in data colleclion has been adapted in the field work and with official institutions concerned in the study area. The results show that there exit natural , geographical and human obstacles that hinder sustained rural development in the marshes region. However , such problems can be overcome by putting astrategy for rural society development. | ||
