Abstract
Styles of Thinking are the favorite means for individuals to gain knowledge with organizing ideas and expressing them , and the personal financial management was defined as it is and intellectual process including the process of planning ,organizing and proceeding the personal finance movement and how to the individual should deal with it . The present research aims at : 1-Measuring Styles of Thinking according the quality variable of the state employees . 2-Differences of Styles of Thinking according the quality variable of the state employees . 3- Measuring the personal financial management administration of the state employees. 4- Differences of the personal financial management according to the quality variable. 5- Relation between Styles of Thinking and personal financial management of state employees . The researchers concluded to the following results : 1- The employees possess the Styles of Thinking (Synthesitic Thinking Style ,Idealistic Thinking Style , Pragmatic Thinking Style , Analytic Thinking Style , Realistic Thinking Style) . 2- The supremacy of males on females in Styles of Thinking . 3- The employees have the ability to manage their own finance . 4- There are no differences between males and females in personal financial management. 5-There is a statistically functional relation between Styles of Thinking and personal financial management..
