Abstract
Using the expertise of the scientific and practical expertise in the sports field that are made from many experiences in the biomechanical science in sports and in hand ball which the researchers in this field look for the smallest and most accurate and important variables , it may have positive impacts for taking the exercises and the education to the highest levels. According to that, this study was an attempt to create special exercises depending on some biomechanical variables and reveal its effect on waist's load for the aiming expertise while jumping high in hand ball for the importance of the load in achieving the best possible performance and get the wanted achievement that is perfect for the aiming expertise because of its importance in wining the game. The tow purposes of the research: 1-To prepare special exercises according to some biomechanical variables on waist load in the aiming and jumping stage for hand ball players (youth category) . 2-To know the effect of the special exercises according to some biomechanical variables on waist load in the aiming while jumping high in hand ball. The researcher used the experimental way that uses the one group design with the before and after tests to fit to the research, the researcher's sample contained 13 players representing Dyala's sports yard for hand ball (youth category) and he made these tests using the showing of the aiming expertise while jumping high for the research's sample in Dyala's closed gym and he used a group of exercises special for the movement load in the main part of the training unit and used the movement analyzing program called (Dart Fish) to know the variables special for the waist load and he discussed the statistical ways like (T- test) law to fix the results statistically. Recommendations: according to the results and scientific facts the researcher concluded some recommendations which are: 1-The special exercises that are made according to some biomechanical variables has a positive affect on the line load in the aiming expertise while jumping high in hand ball. 2-The special exercises that are made according to some biomechanical variables has a positive effect on the angle load In the aiming expertise while jumping high in hand ball.
