| Abstract | ||
| This experiment was conducted by using 150 chick embryos divided to three equal groups (50 embryos each). The first group was inoculated with IBD virus vaccine – IBDV (Lukert strain) and the second group was inoculated with mixed vaccine NDV. And IBDV. All vaccinated groups were inoculated in the amniotic cavity, the third group (control group) was inoculated with sterile phosphate buffered saline. Histopatholoical examination and bursa of fabricius index were used to evaluated the effect of IBDV. Vaccine, the result revealed no pathological changes or damages to bursa, and fabricius index was 0.7 | ||
