| Abstract | ||
| The topic of human rights is an old topic. Thinkers and many scientist and those who look after the topic resulted in originating the concept and developing on a thought based on general freedom and the principle of justice among people. The difference and paradox in expressing the subject belongs to the definitions of human right conception and the variety of thinkers, view point and their influence on mental current and wide-spread traditions. Actually, everybody can depend on low and justice to make a lawful statement for his sake. The task on keeping women right doest originate from nothing, but depends on the need and the objective necessity for protecting women from all override and preventing the unfair looks, since she represents more than half of the society because she dose her own work to affect the husband and sons. The concept of developing women rights concept by law and legislation is improved. The international community put some conditions and state advertisement to protect women from tyranny. But these laws were keep inapplicable and women went suffering across the historical centuries. So, we need to draw a picture for future and putt ideas and concept that can denefit the women active members in the society. | ||
