| Abstract | ||
| This study was conducted to determine the expected physiological mechanism in improving the productive traits of broiler 450 day old chicks of ROSS strain. were randomly distributed into five treatments, the first four treatments represented the treatments of Iraqi Method at different age (7, 14, 21 and 28 days) and treatment five represented the control treatment. At the end of the experiment (8 week of age). Blood sample were obtained from 12 birds/treatment (6 males and 6 females) to estimate the value of RBC, WBC, PCV, Hb and H/L concentration. 12 birds were slaughtered (6 males and 6 females) from each treatment and blood samples were obtained to estimate total protein and cholesterol concentration in blood serum as well as, to estimate the enzyme activity of GOT, GPT & ALP. The result indicated significant improvements in RBC and WBC number , PCV, Hb, H/L , total protein and cholesterol concentration and the activity of ALP and GOT. | ||
