| Abstract | ||
| This experment was carried out to study the influence of injecting eggs with different levels of folic acid on the embryonic development, hatchability percentage from total and fertile eggs and the percentage of embryonic mortality. Eight hundred eggs of Fawbro (IP2000) were brought and divided into four groups and injected with 0.1 ml of dissolved solution contain 0,5,15 and 25 micrograms of folic acid/egg for the groups T1,T2,T3 andT4 respectively.This study were included the embryonic development at 48 hour ُs and 6.5 days of incubation age,hatchabilty percentage from total and fertile eggs, and percentage of total and different stage of embryonic mortality. The injected eggs with folic acid had shown highly significant increase (P<0.01)in embryonic length, the diameter of vascular field and the number of somites pairs. Also there was significant increase (P<0.05)in the lighting area diameter, at 48 hours of incubation age .Significant increase(P<0.05)in the percentage of embryonic weight,lytic yolk (new plasma) and highly significant increase (P<0.01) in the percentage of amnionic sac and its fluid .Also significant decrease (P<0.05) in the percentage of weight of albumin at 6.5 days of incubation age. However the results showed,highly significant increase(P<0.01) in hatchability percentage from total and fertile eggs, while, the results showed highly significant decrease (P<0.01) in the percentage of total embryonic mortality and significant decrease (P<0.05) in embryonic mortality in different stages of embryonic development | ||
