| Abstract The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research set out a new system and a new skeleton in planning for education on the level of university in all specializations, depending on what is called LMD system i.e. License, Master and Doctorate which gave the constitution a step forward and a different vision from what was in the past aiming at improving the quality of education in various stages and insuring competence in work market. So it made up what is called demonstrations of constitution according to needs and necessities. Sport and physical education was amongst the specializations which gained benefits from these demonstrations and proceeded to work according to the new system (the LMD) on the level of Algeria, and since 2004 it has opened a branch for constitution in physical education field, sport training, and adapted kinematic activity in the University of Abdulhameed Bin Badees Mustghanim which is a pioneering university in this specialization on the national level, and now it is applied on the level of Doctorate. This leap needs an evaluating objective pause for the sake of identifying points of weakness in order to avoid them and strength points then to support them depending on criteria that are agreed at which let us recognize the quality of education in sport and physical education institutes. Therefore, the current study comes and is to be applied and restricted on students of sport, physical education and sport training as a primary stage and all what relates to this matter concerning text books, selection, finance of constitution, how much these students are able to learn, their motivation toward education … etc, all is achieved by asking the following question: Is constitution in sport and physical education within the new system of LMD meets the needs of Total Quality? | ||
