| That Ttormistoy performance in all sports, including games and track and field events, which became a distinct character performance in the mental and physical aspects and technical, for which she received a distinct interest from researchers, trainers and players. The effectiveness of the high jump and one of the events arena and the field covered by this development broad and accelerated in the event there are several ways to pass the bar including the method of curvature (Alfosebre) which Thoudy importance to practitioners because of the variables and the difficulty and aesthetic movement that are characterized by this method. Through the above lies the importance of research in the study of mental perception being one mental skills that contribute to the development of focus and attention and increased self-confidence and the ability to visualize high workmanship and the effectiveness of the high jump and achieve results working on upgrading the performance effectiveness. | ||
