Abstract
Diyeh (Blood Money): is the money that gives to the victim or the guardian of the victim because of a felony.
Qasamah (Taking an oath): An oath taking under the research topic, the clerks agreed on giving the blood money and faith as the research mentioned to the guarantee and blood money for the fetus and the meaning of the adult blood money (Al A’aqilah)
