| Abstract | ||
| The first linguist one who searched this topic was (Al jaham Bin Safwan), where he put his famous base (Knowledge Obligation in intellect before presence of hearings) and the Isolationists took this saying and they built their origin and (Al Karamia) due to (Muhammad Bin Kiram Al Sijistani) agreed it too. The Isolationists see that beauty and ugliness in things is autism and can be considered by intellect ,,so the doing itself has a beautiful side that must merit the doer by praise and reward ,,or ugly side that the doer must disparage and punished The Isolationists made the enact as an uncover for obvious known things by intellect and that the intellect does the beauty and ugliness not the enact. The Isolationists donated the intellect high confidence,, where they made it as a concept for regulations and a source for knowledge,, and by the Isolationists a third scale entered to the Muslims that is the intellect next to the conveyed science .this (as far as containing some right) as a whole but they failed and was wrong when they considered this enough in given trust and responsibility and then put the penal in Judgment Day. | ||
