| Abstract | ||
| Abstract The research aims at: -Recognizing organizational attribution to introduce organizational development in Sport Unions. The descriptive approach was used. The sample included (53) administrative members belong to (32) sport unions in Ninavah. The data were analyzed statistically by using t-test for one sample, Pearson correlation coefficient, Guttman formula and Alpha coefficient. The researchers concluded the following: 1. Unions of Sport have abutments positive development that clarified in definite goals, quality of organizational farms, possess a competence leaders and, assistant way to help it to make conscious change, but it have not more motivation to trend to development . | ||
