Abstract
The degree of realization of a need psychological sense of security to the faculty members in the School of Physical Education, University of Qadisiyah M.. Dharam Moses Abbas Research Summary Definition of research and includes a preface research and its importance. And the research problem is that a member of the educational model regaining the prestige of the students and their respect for it had to be a diagnosis of the factors affecting the psychological sense of security and in the ability to recognize the results of the events that it faces. Vlchaour psychological security an important role in the evolution and development of the individual's personality and cognitive impact in several important aspects, such as achievement motivation and innovation. Despite the growing interest in the members of the educational bodies, there is still a need to further research and studies about their needs and problems and everything related to them at all levels to suit their role and responsibilities serious. The research aims to 1 - measuring psychological sense of security to the faculty members in the School of Physical Education, University of Qadisiyah 2 - see the differences in the psychological sense of security to the faculty members depending on converters (Sex, and length of service).
