| Abstract | ||
| The residential mobility means changing the housing place or the accommodation within the administerial borders of the city , and some times called (immigration within the city ) or (the internal civilized immigration ) or (The residential transition) . The mobility refers to the residential transition with in the city borders which might be within the same destrict that could not exceed one street and these transitions doesn't result a change in work site , and the mobility is one of civilized life features that all world contries continuously have which cume as aresult of some factor's pressure and reasons encourage people to leave their residents and break their relation ships with their parents and relatives and move from a district into another. and some decisions , aims intents and place advantages control the residential mobility that may connect to anumber of specifications and in constants that Face the movers towards transition of their residents | ||
