| Abstract | ||
| Marriage is legislated to be a relationship and an affinity among human beings and certain rules are legislated for being hold and abrogated. There are also certain conditions for the marriage the important of which is a sane guardian who knows the good people and marriage benefits; otherwise the marriage will be false. In case the guardian is absent due to travel or something else, will the marriage be false? Or everything will be according to a judged legislative adjustment? The study mainly deals with the absence and its rules and legislative actions that bring on marriage in case the guardian is absent according to certain legislative conditions. The study is divided into an introduction explaining the reason behind selecting this subject and three sections. Section one is an introductory section; section two states absence rules and section three deals with impact of guardian absence in marriage and explaining the resulting rules. The study concludes with the main results derived. | ||
