| Abstract | ||
| it is obvios that Iraqi economy suffers from retardation in major sectors like the industrial and agricultural , besides destruction of infrastructure and high average of unemployment as a rsult of the last two wars. Although Iraq has a big labour force with a big capital, and economic resources, it lacks the new advanced technology in production. In economic systems, depending on oil revenue is considered as a defect that hinders reformation process . so, real development starts with attracting foreigh investment to develop oil sector and related sectors like petrochemical industry. Creating new productive sectors will achieve new revenues and dependence on oil will decrease . That will provide more work chances to secure continuous development on the long term. As such, there will be a hard economic base to implement gradual reformation policies | ||
