| Abstract | ||
| The contract of towage is considered as more important than other marine contracts . that led many countries to arrange it legally and made it compulsory in many cases of marine navigation. Special boats usually fulfill the process of towage with different services to lead boat to the pavement , or to draw damaged boats to secure places. and sometimes to float boats thrown back and forth by waves or to draw unqualified ships to basins in which they are sold as ruins. According to the various states of towage contracts, the given legal views vary , and the disputation arises about which of these views are right.
