| Al-Misyar marriage is a legitimate marriage that appeared in the Arab Gulf area and other Islamic countries during last years. This research sheds light on a significant social issue that arose hot arguments among Islamic scholars because this kind of marriage has not been known during early Islamic periods. Al-Misyar marriage has been faced with objection and disagreement among Islamic families in the world . Thus, the researcher tries to discus this problem and conclude contemporary jurisprudential explanations that help find suitable solutions. | ||
