| Abstract | ||
| That the great achievements in the sporting events were not the coincidence, but as a result of proper planning and far-and the adoption of scientific methods in education and training, since access to the levels of sporting prowess in sports activities all depend on the integration and upgrade many of the physical demands and skill and tactical. The fact that the synergy one of the most important motor skills that can be through access to the performance of intricate and not to involve the totals of the many wasted effort, which you can develop the skill steps defense through exercises proposed to develop a synergy and consequently the extent of its impact on the performance level of skill steps defense basketball. The aim of the study: - 1. The preparation of exercises proposed for the development of synergy and its impact on the performance level of skill steps to defend under study. 2.
